Shipping Hazardous Materials
Shipping hazardous materials requires special certifications. EH&S staff have the training and experience to assist with shipping your hazardous materials. Contact EH&S as early in the project as possible.
- At least two weeks prior to the anticipated shipment date (more if shipment is international), complete and e-mail the form below to the Hazardous Waste Management General Mailbox
- Do not consider the form received by EHS until you have received confirmation. You will be contacted to facilitate the shipping.
- You will need to acquire the proper shipping containers and are responsible for shipping costs.
- Certain hazard classes and destinations require much greater preparation time. Contact EH&S as early in the project as possible.
