 NEW: Effective July 1 2009, EH&S will implement a fee for the registration of all Select Agent projects and also for any required registration funded by a corporate sponsor.  The charges for these activities are outlined below:

1)  Select Agent projects - $5000 as an upfront charge. Addenda and modifications will be billed at $50/hr.

2)  Every rDNA and Biological Agent registration for projects that have a corporate sponsor will cost $2000 as an upfront charge.  Addenda and modifications will be billed at $50/hr.

The EH&S Funds Transmittal form must be included with the submission of the Registration Application or addendum/modification for these projects.
