All hazardous waste pickup requests will be transitioning to our Campus Optics platform. You can submit a pickup request by clicking the following links, filling out the form, and submitting your pickup request. SSO login is required.

- Attach completed form to an e-mail addressed to hwm@ehs.ufl.edu
- Additional information (chemical lists, label information or images) should be attached to the same e-mail.

December 1st, 2026 is the deadline. After this date only Campus Optics pickup requests will be accepted.
