The lab mentorship program aims to connect less experienced lab managers with more experienced lab managers in a mentor-mentee relationship.

This includes working with experienced lab managers to establish your lab, ensuring you are compliant with current safety standards, and also helping build soft skills like building a network. We ask that you commit to a minimum of a year in the program.
