Initial The Hazard Communication Program ensures that the hazards of all chemicals produced or imported are classified, and that information concerning the classified hazards is transmitted to employers and employees. The transmittal of information is accomplished by means of comprehensive hazard communication programs, which includes container labeling and other forms of warning, safety data sheets and employee training. Initial & Annual Designed for faculty and staff required to wear a tight-fitting respirator as part of their job duties. Required initially and annually. In addition to this online course, participants must contact Environmental Health & Safety to make a fit test appointment. UF’s Respiratory Protection Program requires initial and annual tight-fitting 1) medical clearance, 2) training and 3) fit testing. Resp Protection: Online N95 Online course

Initial & Annual Designed for individuals required to wear an N95 respirator as part of their job duties. Required initially and annually. In addition to this online course, participants must contact Environmental Health and Safety to make a fit test appointment. UF’s Respiratory Protection Program requires initial N95 1) medical clearance, 2) training and 3) fit testing; annual 1) training and 2) fit testing.
