Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan
	Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan A comprehensive, all-hazards plan which establishes the framework by which the University will respond to emergencies and disasters.
	UF Natural Disaster Annex An annex to the overall UF Emergency Management Plan which specifically addresses hurricane operations.
	UF Emergency Notification Annex An annex to the overall UF Emergency Management Plan which specifically addresses campus emergency notification.
Departmental Planning Guidance
	Departmental Tropical Weather Response & Recovery Plan Template assists departments with developing building/department specific hurricane plans. The plan template should be modified to suit departmental specific operations and requirements.
	Hurricane Checklist (Laboratory & Research Areas) Identifies suggested tasks and assignments of responsibilities for preparing laboratory and research areas for a hurricane/tropical storm. Checklist should be modified according to departmental specifics.
	Hurricane Checklist (Administrative & Office Areas) identifies suggested tasks and assignments of responsibilities for preparing administrative and office areas for a hurricane/tropical storm. Checklist should be modified according to departmental specifics.
Continuity of Operations (COOP) Planning A COOP plan is a collection of resources, actions, procedures, and information that is developed, tested, and held in readiness for use in the event of a major disruption of operations. COOP planning helps prepare University units to maintain mission critical operations after any emergency or disaster. COOP planning is required by Florida Statutes Section 252.365.
